Design
Does it look like something worth owning? We travel in elevated environments and our gear should reflect that.
Durability
We check it, overhead-bin it, gate-check it and see what happens. We report exactly what we find.
Usefulness
Does it solve a real problem or earn its space in a bag? We have little patience for novelty without function.
Honest Assessment
We name the drawbacks. Every recommendation includes what we'd change, because that's what an informed friend would tell you.
